I believe this is one of my most priceless applications. Evernote. This is the app that I use to record all my notes, personal data, passwords and system information. Trust me, I have looked for a program like this for a long time and have purchased various note taking programs, but there is always something lacking. I can just jot notes down and come back and categorize them later. When I search, it is filled in quickly as I type. If you are into fast recall of your personal information, then you need to look at Evernote.

One of the coolest features is the Web clipper. I can be surfing the net and find something useful that I might wanna check out later. I can highlight the text in the web or pictures too, just type “Windows + A” keys together and get the graphics and or text added to my Evernote notes. It’s like having a spool of never ending paper that you just keep adding notes to. If you like todo lists or checklists then there is a feature where you add a checkbox to items that will show up in the Todo category.
You can also capture web clippings, handwriting, sketches, and more. Its the one place for all the information you come across and want to capture. The only thing I could be critical on is that when I do a search, and the items found are on multiple pages of notes, I have to use the scroll bar to move up and down and I would like to be able to hit the page up, page down keys to move around faster
